I'm not a sadistic person (haha, lies) but here is what I would do to Melissa McEwan if I could. I'd tape this fat bitch to the largest recliner I would find and pin her eyes open to make her watch every episode of Entourage ever created. Then I'd make cake and not let her have any. Then I'd eat it in front of her, because thanks to my excellent metabolism I can eat as much cake as I want. I'd be sure to tell her that.
